About me
I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Tampere University. My primary research interest is the development of biofunctionalized materials. I am also experienced in protein engineering and producing and characterizing recombinant proteins. I obtained my PhD at 2014 and PhD thesis was entitled "The Development of Novel Biomolecular Tools Based on Avidins, DNA and Chitosan".
Fields of expertise
Biomaterials, hydrogels, molecular biology, protein engineering, 3D cell culture.
