Nouman Zia

Nouman Zia is a doctoral researcher at Optoelectronics research center, Tampere University. He completed his MSc. in Photonics from the University of Eastern Finland, and BSc. in Laser and Optoelectronics from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute, Pakistan. He is working on the development of state-of-the art mid-IR semiconductor edge emitting light sources and their integration with Silicon Photonics waveguides.
