Library will pilot self-service pick up of materials ordered from other libraries during spring 2024
Beginning 17.1.2024, interlibrary loans and article copies that arrive for home loan can be picked up at the reserved interlibrary loans shelf (separately marked shelf next to reserved books in your own library). Interlibrary loans and article copies can be found on the shelf with the customer's own request ID. The request ID is shown in the loan arrival notification. The customer borrows the interlibrary loan him/herself with the self service machine, the instructions can be found between the interlibrary loan book. The customer may keep the article copies.
Interlibrary loans that have arrived as only reading room loans must still be picked up from the customer service desk during service hours.
The article orders of the staff of Tampere Universities are sent by internal mail to the customer's office, if an office is in use.
