About me

My researchs main aim is to provide understanding on the molecular epidemiology, such as immune and epigenetic factors, that involves the natural history of human Papillomavirus (HPV)-infection as well as in the disease progression to cervical and other HPV related cancers. The main goal is to provide the most effective screening and HPV-vaccination strategies for the future, as also to improve the tolls and tests used in the follow-up of women with treated cervical precancer lesions.
