About me

My research interests lie primarily in the utilization of gameful and playful methods in educational contexts with children and youth. As for my background, I am a Master of Arts (Education) and I've worked as an early childhood teacher.

My dissertation examined specifically gamification and storification employed in learning environments and in pedagogy. Among other practitioners, I have collaborated with Junior Achievement Finland to investigate the gamefulness of Yrityskylä Primary School and how it effects 6th graders' learning and 21st century skills.

I am glad to give lectures or provide consultation on gamification/storification of education, so please feel free to contact me via email or phone and let's talk more!
