Career planning is a long-term and goal-oriented activity that carries you towards your career aspirations and objectives. Steps along the career path during studies can be, for example, finding suitable internships, looking for a summer job or finding a job after graduation.
When planning your own career path, it is important to consider your own goals and aspirations for your future career and to develop your own job search and working life skills.
Personal career guidance
Career planning involves reflecting on your own skills and competencies and marketing them, defining a job search strategy, and getting to know job markets of your own field. We will help you in all this at TAMK's Working Life Services and we can arrange a personal career guidance time with you.
Together we can for example improve your job search documents, make or improve your Linkedin profile, reflect together on your strengths and skills and think how to market your know-how. We can also take a closer look at your career goals and ways to achieve them. We will help you with everything that will help you move forward on your career path.
