My typical working day includes supporting & coaching Research to Business funded teams, Building Tampere Startup ecosystem network for Tampere University research commercialization, Immaterial Property topics, working with researchers & staff towards research finding valorization and developing innovation services team offering.

I am the innovation services contact person for ITC & MAB - please let me know if you have any questions considering idea validation, possible Business Finland funding options or commercialization opportunities of your idea or innovation. 

My ikigai lies at Organizing and the Art of the Start. For me, these mean truly thriving to understand the customer & target market, ability to build lean systems to support business & market entry and being able to coach in these themes.

I have M.Sc. degree from Tampere University (Economics and Business administration). I have experience from corporations, scale-ups and start-ups. I have focused on commercialization and marketing. 

Outside the university I have one sideline. Bakersfield & Moor is my own one-woman consultation company specialized in organizing. Mission of B&M is to coach business owners to learn essential organizing skills in order to operate smoothly & home owners to have restful homes (Ruuhkaton arki). I am also Co-founder in Biomendex, deep tech company, that products bone graft substitutes.
