Course completion at Open University
The course has Parts A, B and C plus 2 Seminars. The seminars will not imply exam questions. Each Part (A, B, C) includes a mandatory PC Work of 120 min and a mandatory examination of its own. In addition, Part A includes a mandatory practical LAB Work of 90min. The sub-exams are Open Book exams in EXAM classes. Simulink, basic Matlab commands, Control System Toolbox, Symbolic Math Toolbox and Matlab scripts are needed in the exams.
Required prior knowledge
Limit, derivative, integral; complex numbers (rectangular and polar coordinates); vector, matrix, rank, det, inverse matrix, transpose, matrix multiplications etc. are needed. Repetition of such topics are offered. Please ensure that you have completed the required prerequisites before enrolling! By enrolling, you agree to meet the requirements and can present a transcript of the completed prerequisites upon request.
