Course completion at Open University

Lectures and exercise classes are held on campus in autumn 2026. Participation in them is optional but recommended. The lectures are not recorded. The exam is taken on campus as a paper and pen exam. You can pass the course by self-studying the materials and participating the exam. More detailed information about the course arrangements and assesment can be found on the course page in Moodle.

The course will be lectured in English every second year.

Required prior knowledge

MATH.APP.111 Introductory Calculus and MATH.APP.160 Differential and Integral Calculus. Please ensure that you have completed the required prerequisites before registering! By registering, you agree to comply with the requirements and, upon request, you can present a transcript of records showing the completion of the required prerequisites.
