Let’s build a sustainable digital future together

Our societies run on digital systems that are deeply interconnected and increasingly vulnerable at the same time. When our digital infrastructure works, we hardly notice it. But when it is disrupted, the effects are quickly visible — in air traffic, emergency services, banking systems and everyday safety. Donate and help ensure that our society continues to function, especially when it is needed most.

Donate to Noodi and space innovations

Your donation can, for example, help enable solutions that ensure the positioning of emergency response operations and safeguard the functioning of critical information systems even during disruptions. By donating, you help us advance research that strengthens Finland’s digital security of supply, accelerate the development of dual-use innovations and educate the next generation of experts in critical digital technology fields.

At Tampere University, your donation turns into concrete solutions

At our university, we develop solutions that strengthen society’s digital resilience and help ensure that critical services continue to function even during disruptions. Our research focuses on:

  • Secure satellite connectivity and resilient positioning, ensuring that navigation, emergency services and essential systems operate reliably even in exceptional situations.
  • Intelligent satellite imaging and image processing, which help monitor the environment, anticipate risks and detect threats at an early stage.
  • Energy-efficient and reliable computing, enabling artificial intelligence, data networks and public services to operate securely and efficiently.
