Collaboration with TAMK students

With over 12 000 students from diverse disciplines, all of our degree programmes include project-based work, internships and a thesis. By collaborating with students, employers gain fresh perspectives and up-to-date knowledge, while also building valuable networks with the future workforce of their field.

Find an intern

Internships are a low-threshold way to get to know future professionals while simultaneously developing your own operations. Our students bring up-to-date expertise and fresh perspectives that can be applied directly in everyday workplace practices. An internship can also naturally evolve into a recruitment pathway.

Commission a thesis

By commissioning a thesis, you gain the latest knowledge to support the development of your organisation, additional resources for unfinished work and possibly a new expert for your organisation.

Collaborate with international students

Students from all over the world study with us. An international intern can bring new thinking and expertise to the workplace. They can help your company build and expand international networks. We offer support and guidance for hiring international students.

Events

Gateway to Working Life

Arranged annually in January, Gateway to Working Life is an annual low threshold recruiting event where you can get to know and talk about employment opportunities with students at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.

Yrityspäivät

Company Days or Yrityspäivät is Finland’s largest two-day contact and recruitment event for higher education students. Yrityspäivät are typically organised on Tampere University’s city centre and Hervanta campuses at the beginning of the year.
