TUNI Wiki
A wiki is a website whose content, i.e. pages, can be easily edited by users. For convenience and communality, the wiki allows you to write and share meeting minutes, instructions, or notes for others to see, for example. The site is divided into workspaces that can be assigned different read or edit permissions by user group.
You can reach TUNI Wiki at https://tuni.fi/wiki. Click the Microsoft button that appears on the sign-in page, after which you will be redirected to the familiar Microsoft sign-in page. Use your tuni email address to sign in.
Select TUNI Wiki as the working tool when
- the users of the workspace are members of the staff of the Tampere University or TAMK. A TUNI user account is required to use the service.
- the workspace is used for one of the following use cases within the Tampere Universities community:
- documentation (the system documentation and internal instructions for service units)
- quality management and processes
- working between teams and groups
Note! CSC Eduuni Wiki service can be used for working across organizational boundaries.
Ordering a new wiki workspace
Ordering or changing workspace access rights
If you need access rights for a workspace or an individual wiki page, proceed as follows:

Contact the wiki workspace admin
Primarily, contact the wiki workspace admin. Workspace admin can grant you the access rights you need through the id.tuni.fi service. Information about the workspace admin can generally be found on the 'Työtilan käyttöoikeudet' page of each wiki workspace.
If you do not have the right to the workspace or you do not know who the workspace admin is, proceed according to step 2.

If you do not know who the wiki workspace admin is, contact it-helpdesk [at] tuni.fi. In your message, state the name and address of the workspace and a description of the need for use. Helpdesk will find out the workspace admin.
