he project results in a method for mapping the orientation needs of digitalisation (here automation and dataeconomy), the orientation model itself and the experiences of model pilots.

Goal

The aim of the project is to produce a training & educational orientation model that enables SME employees(experts) to better absorb the possibilities of automation and data economy in their work and its developmentthroughout their working career. The model is based on information work and the work context. The model identifiesfrom the best practices and business routines of the target company those areas where automation and data economybenefits would be most beneficial for employees. The result is experts who make better use of digitalisation,sustainable development, automation and the data economy, and who also know how to implement agile andimpressive digital leaps.
