We search for the latest know-how on biomass that could be utilised in insect rearing systems, profitability of production, cornerstones of the economy, new business models, insect product development, consumer preferences and health and wellbeing effects of insect products. The know-how will be transferred to various target groups.
We will organise regional infos and workshops targeted to entrepreneurs interested in the insect sector as well as for other actors. A public report will be prepared on the project.
