The project is developing a testing platform using genome multiplication and a new generation sequencing method for detecting the microbes in a water sample.
Goal
Monitoring the microbiological quality of water is currently carried out according to bacterial indicators. These methods does not direct any infectious agents in the water. The aim of the project is developing analysis methods for the pathogens.
