Sustainable Tourism Hub

The aim of the sustainable tourism hub is to form the Särkänniemi-Mustalahti area to a uniform, internationally well-known and attractive concentration which offers sustainable, low-carbon service solutions and utilises the experience and tourism possibilities of Näsijärvi as well as possible.

Goal

The aim is to develop an ecosystem that enables collective low-carbon service solution implementations of small and medium-sized companies, research centres and developing organisations. The aim is to have 10 small and medium-sized companies into the hub and collectively develop 20 low-carbon service and activity solutions and select 8-10 best solutions to pilot in the area.
