Sustainable Futures through Human Interaction and Transformative Learning across Societal Transitions (SHIFT)

The research group focuses on examining the future resilience of organisations and communities amid major societal transformations, such as the green transition, digitalisation and geopolitical fragmentation. 

At the core of the work is human centred and transformative learning, which supports individuals and communities in navigating change, learning from it and developing new ways of working. 

The group draws on diverse scholarly traditions and applies participatory, future oriented methods.
