The ARVO project produces new information on value creation in housing business when scaling housing development from a singular target towards vaster regional entities. A key aspect in the project are the new housing innovations and their implementation, the complex ecosystem change of the field and the significance of the size of the project in housing development.
ARVO surveys international housing innovations and the business models of corporations connected to value creation in housing. Alongside that the institutional operating environment with its challenges and possibilities in housing development is under study to better housing development.
