The research project focuses on job applicants' expereinces on job seeking and job interviews, and organizations' experiences on job applicants. In so doing, the research project produces new knowledge about recruitment practices.
Good practices for recruiting organizations and for job applicants are compiled in order to enhance equality and equity in the process of recruitment.
The project is lead by researcher Tuija Koivunen. Other research group members are Eriikka Oinonen, Pasi Pyöriä and Heidi Lehtovaara.
