Growpower from concentrate and biochar

The aim of this project is to develop and test methods to produce organic fertiliser products from organic wastes and side streams and test their efficiency in garden and greenhouse cultivation.

BioKymppi Ltd is a company which is managing biowastes and sludges and producing biogas and organic fertiliser products. The project is funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and is one of the Government’s key projects in promoting nutrient cycling. The aim of this project is to develop and test methods to produce organic fertiliser products from organic wastes and side streams and test their efficiency in garden and greenhouse cultivation. The project consortium consists of garden and greenhouse farming companies and universities of applied sciences (TAMK and HAMK).
