EVOLUTIVE- research project analyses the impact of the Council of Europe Human Rights Treaties in Finland. The project is funded by the Government’s analysis, assessment and research activities in the Prime Minister's Office. The research focuses on the different impacts by the Council of Europe Human Rights Treaties to national legislation, case-law and the human rights infrastructure. The research will provide comprehensive picture of how prevailing human rights system is working and the research aims to provide good practices and key recommendations in order to improve implementation of treaties and develop enforcement of the human rights supervisory mechanisms at the national level.
