Borrowing service

The Unit of Education offers mobile technology for loan to the unit's staff and students. The devices can be borrowed for research, teaching and learning purposes.

Submit a borrowing inquiry with the borrowing request form

Borrowing

You can check device reservations from the reservation list.

You will receive information about the status of your request via email to the TUNI user account you used to fill out the form.

Borrowing process

  • Fill out your borrowing request using the form.
  • If your request is accepted, you can pick up your device on the start date of the request from Virta room 326 between 9:00 and 16:00.
    • Please select a start date for the loan when you can collect the device.
    • The borrowing service is available only on business days.
  • Return the device to room 326 by the end of the loan. The device must be wiped before returning.
