About me
I work as a doctoral researcher in the discipline of social psychiatry. From my previous education, I am M.Sc. (Mathematics) and MHS (Sports and Exercise Medicine). In my dissertation thesis I study associations between physical activity promotion at school and mental health among children and adolescents, both in general and focusing on schools with the Icehearts program. The study combines both quantitative and qualitative methods. I have also 15 years of experience working as a teacher in the lower secondary school.
