About me

I work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (part-time) in the Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering research group led by Professor Minna Kellomäki. My research is part of the Centre of Excellence in Body-on-Chip Research, funded by the Academy of Finland. I participate in developing and testing novel photocrosslinkable bioinks for 3D bioprinting to be used in various applications. The main focus has been on drafting a standard protocol to evaluate bioink candidate’s printability via various screening techniques, such as filament formation, rheological analysis and multilayer printing steps.

My primary day job is at Brinter Oy, where I work as the Product Manager. At Brinter, I'm responsible for bioprinting and bioink-related research and testing, product development of the bioprinter technology, quality control, partner relations, marketing activities, and technical support of sales.
