About me
My name is Salman Saleem. I hold a Master of Marketing and a Ph.D. in Marketing. I have worked in various industries, including pharmaceutical and fast-food companies, and my family-owned business. During my postgraduate studies, I researched how different advertising appeals work in various cultural environments for successful international advertising campaigns. Currently, my focus is on service recovery, failure, and customer service satisfaction. I have secured research grants, published numerous articles in reputable journals, and served as a reviewer for esteemed journals. As a senior lecturer, I have designed and delivered courses in marketing principles, international marketing, international business, and digital marketing. Additionally, I have supervised theses, provided academic advising, and participated in research, development, and innovation (RDI) projects.
