With my background in service design, I am interested in practical implications of design in the public sector and challenges that come with it. My previous research work was about complex national identities and how it relates to more inclusive (or not) policymaking. I have been exploring similar themes in Trust-M project, working in the context of migrant integration services on a municipal level. I am curious to see how Participatory Design can be more systematically applied in this context.
