About me

Matilda Kalving is a doctoral researcher in the Human-Centered Technology (IHTE) research group, which is part of the Tampere University Computer-Human Interaction (TAUCHI) Research Center.

Her research focuses on responsible AI use and Human-AI interaction in creative task. She explores how Generative AI (GenAI) tools influence creative tasks & industry, such as design, production, and scriptwriting. Her research is supported by the Finnish Doctoral Program Network in Artificial Intelligence (AI-DOC). Matilda aims to develop frameworks and practical solutions to enhance AI-human collaboration in creative workflows.
