

Lasse Koskinen
About me
PhD. (mathematics) Lasse Koskinen is professor of Insurance Science at Tampere University in Finland. He holds title of docent (quatitative methods) at Aalto University School of Business. He was postdoctoral researcher at Center of Imaging Sciences in Rochester University (New York). Earlier, Koskinen has worked e.g. at the National Institute of Economic research of Sweden, the Finnish Center of Pensions and Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. Koskinen is former member of the Acturial Education Board of Finland and associate editor of Scandinavian Actuarial Journal. His research interests are Insurance and Pension systems, Solvency Regulation, Investments and Risk Management. Currently he is working on insurance related risk management.
