Amir Pakpour Haji Agha

I hold a BA in English Literature and Linguistics and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction. In my doctoral work, I draw on my training in the humanities and HCI to explore how design can address complex social challenges, focusing specifically on improving migrants’ access to public services.

I am currently pursuing my PhD as a member of the Trust‑M project, a collaboration among Aalto University, University of Helsinki, Tampere University and the City of Espoo. The project aims to design and implement trustworthy and inclusive public services that support the integration of migrants in Finland.
