About me
I am a paediatrician, an ethicist and a philosopher of medicine. I have worked at the University of Helsinki since the mid-1990's and now since February 2020 I have a fixed-term positition as Professor of Philosophy of Medicine and Medical Ethics at the University of Tampere. I have also worked as a part-time paediatrician in private practice since 1992.
