Overton contains information on publications, working papers, etc. from public administrations and think tanks. The publications have been collected from thousands of sources in almost every country in the world. The database also contains information on the references of these publications to scientific publications. The service allows you to search for "grey literature" or to find out how specific scientific publications have been cited in policy documents.

Overton monitors Finnish sources such as the Finnish Government, Parliament, Bank of Finland, Current Care Guidelines, The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) and the Finnish Institute of International Affairs.
