Water damage drying causes noise disturbance at library's TAMK unit

The unit's materials and non-wetted areas are in normal use
Due to a pipe burst at the library's TAMK unit, maintenance work is being carried out in the library. The work will cause noise disturbance in the premises. The wetted area is enclosed by barriers, but all materials are accessible.
