Docents are a central institution in the Finnish academic community, and they bring an important addition to the faculties’ research and teaching activities. With this Docent lecture series, the Faculty of Management and Business (MAB) wants to introduce the Faculty's Docents and their expertise. MAB lecture series continues with a lecture by Associate Professor (tenure track) Marjo Siltaoja from the University of Jyväskylä. The lecture can be followed online via live stream.

Associate Professor (tenure track) Marjo Siltaoja will give a lecture titled “Sustainable business transition – from values to impact”.

Dr. Marjo Siltaoja is an Associate Professor (tenure track) in Management and Leadership at Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics. Her research focuses on sustainability transition, social evaluation and responsible management in the field of organisation studies. Marjo Siltaoja holds a title of Docent (Responsible Business) at the MAB faculty.

Johanna Kujala, Professor of Management and Organizations will introduce the lecturer.

The lecture will be in English.
