The Chicago Manual of Style Online - a new acquired online guide database

The Tampere University Library has acquired access to the database version of the traditional The Chicago Manual of Style. The database comprises the latest edition of the guide, ie the 17th edition (2017), which pays special attention to the digitalisation of publishing.
The Chicago Manual of Style Online provides guidance on publishing processes, style and grammar, and citation practices. Accordingly, the content is divided into three parts. The database is searchable and contains a lot of hyperlinks. There is a video tutorials section in the database for tips on how to use the guide.
You can find The Chicago Manual of Style Online in the library's database list and from Andor. For remote access, log in with the Tuni ID or Tays remote access username.
