Research impact: scienticif critic contributed to the failure of a number of attempts towards neoliberal healt and social care reforms in Finland. Contributed significantly to the Finnish scientific capacity to analyse health and social care reforms. Contributed significantly to the basic and further education of health and social care management in Finland, including the comprehensive MBA and PD-courses for health and social care managers
