Gitte du Plessis
I received my Phd in International Relations from The University of Hawai'i at Mānoa in 2017. Since then, I have been a postdoctoral researcher, first in Oulu and now in Tampere, Finland. My research centers on relationships between security and ecology. Currently, I am working on the research project "Political ecologies of chemical warfare: Toxicity and bodies in international relations" funded by the Finnish Academy.
