Disruption in library hold pickup notifications

There is a disruption in the library system's automated messages. As a result, the first email notification informing users that a requested item is ready for pickup is not being sent. Later reminder messages are functioning normally.

The system provider is investigating the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
