Toimin ReCreate-projektissa politiikan (policy) ja työprosessien tutkijana, sekä SÄILÖ-hankkeessa kunnan päätöksenteon tutkijana.

Tutkimusura
Väittelin Turun yliopiston sosiologian laitokselta vuonna 2012 tutkimuksella Suomen paperiteollisuuden työmarkkinasuhteista. Sen jälkeen on ollut Turussa erilaisia sijaisuuksia ja tutkimustehtäviä. Vuonna 2017 sain Suomen Akatemian tutkijatohtorirahoituksen tutkimukselle, jossa tutkin itsensätyöllistämistä Alankomaissa ja Suomessa. Vuodesta 2021 olen ollut ReCreate-projektissa, Horizon-hanke jossa tutkitaan ja sovelletaan rakennusalan kiertotaloutta betonielementtien osalta.
