Theseus Version Upgrade Progressing

The DSpace platform upgrade of the Theseus repository will proceed from late August to mid-September. The changes will affect the processing and visibility of submissions, and the service will also experience a submission outage lasting a few days during September.
The version upgrade of the backend system of the Theseus institutional repository will proceed over the coming weeks as follows:
- Starting from 26 August, all new submissions will be directed to the new version of Theseus.
- During the next 2–3 weeks, the content of the current Theseus service will be replicated to the new version.
- During the replication period, newly submitted and processed items will be available through the temporary address: https://theseus.julkaisuarkisto.fi. The existing content of Theseus will remain available at https://theseus.fi.
- Once the replication has been completed, there will be a submission outage of a few days around mid-September while the new service replaces the old one at https://theseus.fi. We will provide separate information about the exact timing of the outage once it has been confirmed.
