WorkAI -research project explores the experiences of Finnish employees in the era of AI integration in the workplace. We examine the utilization of AI, attitudes towards it, and the strategies employed by both employees and organizations to navigate the evolving digital landscape. The research aims to provide novel insights into the digital shift and its impact on well-being in the workplace.
