Structural immunology

We focus on assay development, inhibitor screening, structural biology, and structure-based drug discovery of protein kinases. By combining experimental and computational methods, we aim to develop chemical probes to study kinase function and design new inhibitor scaffolds for malignant and infectious diseases.
