Founded in 2024, LifeGlue Technologies is a spin-off company from Tampere University that develops biomaterials for use in 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The company commercialises the Glue4Life™ technology developed at Tampere University.
The company’s aim is to advance the development of new tissue and organ transplant therapies and to make biomaterials available for research use that support the formation of living tissue.

Background
LifeGlue Technologies has its roots in research carried out at Tampere University into biomaterials, 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The commercialisation of this research was supported by Business Finland’s Research to Business funding.
