The effects of immigration and green transition to occupational safety

The study examines how the rapid increase in the share of employees with foreign backgrounds in Finnish workplaces (phenomenon 1) and how the the construction and utilization of green transition technologies (phenomenon 2) changes Finnish working life, what kind of challenges they pose to occupational safety, and how to prepare for and respond to these challenges. The material is collected with
literature review, as well as surveys and interviews from workplace representatives and experts of the phenomenons.
