What should the university’s values look like? As part of the university’s strategy process, value dialogues will be organized to jointly explore what values should guide the university in the coming years. During these dialogues, members of the university community will reflect on the university’s values based on their own experiences, perspectives, and hopes for the future. The current values will serve as the starting point for the discussions.
The aim of the value dialogues is to identify both shared values across the university community and differences in values among various groups through open and constructive discussion. The insights gained from the dialogues will support the clarification and renewal of the university’s values, helping them better guide both the strategy process and its future implementation.
The value dialogues will be held in Finnish and English, with morning and afternoon options available. The university's current values will serve as the starting point for the discussions. Individual participants will not be identifiable in the summaries prepared from the dialogues
Following the sessions, participants are warmly invited to continue the conversation over refreshments. Registration to value dialogues – Sign up in Microsoft Forms
