Tampere University Fly the UN Sustainable Development Goals Flag

On Friday, 25 September, SDG flags were raised on the Hervanta and City Centre campuses of Tampere University. Sustainable Development Goals Flag Day is a global flag-raising campaign in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals aim to promote development that ensures good living opportunities for both present and future generations. Together with other Finnish universities, Tampere University is committed to advancing sustainable development through research and education. The university has recently published its 2025 Sustainability and Responsibility Progress Report. In addition, the Universities Community’s Sustainability and Responsibility Roadmap to 2030 has recently been updated.
