Register now: Leadership Symposium explores the transformation of leadership and business
The Leadership Symposium will bring together leading thinkers and stakeholders engaged in shaping the future of leadership and business. The event will offer timely insights and in-depth discussions that combine perspectives from research, industry and the public sector.
The event is free of charge and open to all. The programme includes keynote speeches and a panel discussion. Hanna Kivelä, Managing Director and Vice President of Fujitsu Finland Oy, will deliver a keynote presentation exploring the era of technological transformation and its implications for leadership. Mika Anttonen, Chair of the Board and principal owner of St1 Group, will discuss the energy transition and the demands it places on senior leaders.
Panel discussion offers in-depth insights and a research perspective
The panellists will reflect on the impacts of digitalisation, the energy transition, geopolitical uncertainty and sustainability challenges on organisations and on the type of leadership needed to navigate these ongoing changes.
Alongside the keynote speakers Hanna Kivelä and Mika Anttonen, the panellists will include Ville Voipio, who chairs the Board of Tampere University Foundation and the boards of directors of Vaisala and Technology Industries of Finland, and, as representatives of Tampere University, Associate Professor of Industrial Sales Pia Hautamäki and Associate Professor of Marketing Valtteri Kaartemo. The panel discussion will be moderated by Research Director Pasi-Heikki Rannisto.

Organised annually since 2012, the Leadership Symposium has established itself as a prominent forum for leadership discussion in Finland. The keynote speeches and
panel discussion offer a unique opportunity to gain deeper insight into leadership from the perspectives of individuals, organisations and broader society.
