International Mobility Services drop-in hours

TAU degree student, are you considering going on exchange or exploring other international opportunities during your studies? Or have you already applied for an exchange spot but need, for example, signatures on documents for the host university? Or, are you an exchange student at Tampere University and need to meet a mobility specialist?

You’re welcome to meet the International Mobility Services!

We can be found at Student's Navigaattori on both the City Centre campus (Main Building, 1st floor, A109) and Hervanta campus (Kampusareena, 2nd floor, A221, booth B) campus on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 14:00 on the following dates:

16 September 2026
30 September 2026
28 October 2026
11 November 2026
25 November 2026
9 December 2026

In addition, during the application periods, you can meet us at our drop-in hours on both campuses as follows:

City Centre Campus
HUBS (Main Building, A0 corridor)
Tuesdays: 1 September, 15 September, 27 October, and 10 November, from 13:00 to 15:00

Hervanta Campus
SITSI (Kampusareena, 2nd floor, A213)
Thursdays: 10 September, 22 October, 5 November, and 3 December, from 13:00 to 15:00.
