If you dream of studying abroad in the Nordic countries, Australia, Scotland, North America, or elsewhere in the Arctic region, north2north is an excellent option. Tampere University degree students can apply for the programme during the Winter application round 2026, and the exchange will take place in the academic year 2026–27. More information about the programme can be found in the Student’s Guide under:
- Internationalisation during studies > Student exchange abroad > Student exchange programmes and networks
In the info session, you will learn more about the programme, the application process, and the available destinations. You will get tips for preparing your application and have the chance to ask questions directly to Tampere University’s north2north coordinator. The session may also include experiences from students who have returned from a north2north exchange.
Further information about general info sessions and Q&A sessions for the Winter application round can be found on the Application instructions for student exchange page. You can also ask any questions during the on-campus drop-in hours, with schedules available on the International Mobility Services drop-in hours page. Detailed information about the application process, funding, and available destinations can be found in the Student’s Guide under Internationalisation during studies. Please note that the north2north programme differs slightly from other exchange programmes, as the final destination is drawn from the three options you indicate in your application. More details are available in the programme description.
