<p>Discuss your study plans with your school&#180;s study counsellor and find out in advance the suitability of the studies and the possibility of accreditation in your degree. City Centre Campus

<p>University-level studies are free of charge for students of partner upper secondary schools that have signed a cooperation agreement. The student's own school pays for the studies to the Tampere University according to the agreement. <p>The university IT environment, data security and data protection,&#160;computers and operating systems in brief, file management, data compression, familiarization with Moodle, basic use of Microsoft 365 and Teams.</p>

<p>On completion of the course, the student:</p><ul><li>will know the IT environment needed for their studies and will be able to use the available tools and services (Microsoft 365, intranet, library services)</li><li>is able to find information and update their knowledge in the ever-changing digital world.</li></ul>

<h2>Prerequisites</h2><p>No prerequisities</p>

<p>Introductory lecture and online assignments.&#160;The lecture will cover the matters related to course completion, schedule etc.&#160;Participation in the lecture is <br>not mandatory. The lecture will be streamed and recorded using the Panopto service.&#160;Assignments are completed <br>independently and submitted to Moodle according to given schedule.&#160;The course is completed by collecting the required number of points from exercise assignments and related peer reviews. Peer reviews are a mandatory part of completing tasks. There is no exam in the course.</p>
