<p>The student will be able to identify phenomena relating to technological change and innovation that have effects on firm strategy. The student will be able to identify strategic decision-making situations, and analyse alternative choices and their repercussions. </p>

<p>It is recommended that students have completed some courses in business, management or economics. Recommended prerequisites: TUTA.010, Basics of Industrial Engineering and Management.</p>
